Oh-Oh. I’ve got bad breath. Get rid of it quick! I want results and I wanted them yesterday. Sound foolish, but when you think about, it we live a fast world. We have fast food restaurants, fast check out lines at the grocery store and the list goes on. Unfortunately, not everything works at that pace.

I’m here to tell you that if you’re brushing your teeth and rinsing with Listerine you will have short term results, but these products will not solve your problem long term. Here is the quickest way I know of changing your bad breath to great breath.
I use these products so I can vouch for them. So here it is: Bad Breath Halitosis 101. Purchase some TheraBreath Toothgel, Oral Rinse along with a tongue scraper and use these products at least twice a day. The toothgel and rinse have an oxygenating agent that doesn’t contain alcohol. The regular commercial products contain alcohol which dries your mouth creating dry mouth. This dry mouth actually increases bacteria which increases your halitosis. You end up spending lots money for the commercial products with worse results. Go figure.
Follow these basic steps and you should see great results:
- Gently scrape you tongue with your tongue scraper and remove the mucous layer.

- While letting the toothgel sit on your tongue, brush your teeth. Make sure you brush for at least one minute.
