Don’t let bad breath ruin your life. Bad breath can be reduced by following simple oral hygiene.

Don’t forget to brush for at least 2-3 minutes at least twice daily.

Don’t forget to brush your gumline gently.

Don’t drink too much coffee.

Don’t forget to brush the back of you tongue but don’t brush your tongue hard.

Don’t rely totally on mouthwash, mints or gum. These are a short term fixes for very short term results.

Don’t eat odorous foods like onions or garlic.
