Anaerobic Bacteria Causes Halitosis
A person with bad breath can lose many simple pleasures of life. Just getting the nerve to stand up and meet a woman or a guy can be an ordeal. He or she could be offended by the nasty smell coming from your mouth and just brush you off because of it. Talk about embarrassing and a huge blow to the ego! Just remember that almost everyone has bad breath at one time or another. Most of us have it at least once a day.
Numerous products are offered on the market that are supposed to provide a solution, but it’s only temporary. To eliminate the problem permanently, what you need to do is to remove the root cause. Up to 90 percent of the time, it is bacteria or ‘germs’ that cause bad breath.
Reduce the number of bacteria that cause bad breath and you have a fighting chance of having good breath. These little germs are really anaerobic bacteria, and they can be found all over in your mouth, in between your teeth, and on your tongue.
What happens is that these bacteria digest amino acids to them. These include the amino acids naturally existing in your mouth and those that are from the food that you eat. The waste products from this digestion are sulfurous and this sulfur is what causes the foul smell.
So use daily brushing, flossing, and tongue cleaning and good oral products to eliminate the germs that cause bad breath and you can boost your self confidence and get the great smelling breath that won’t repel women and men.
