Halitosis Man Celebrates Birthday
Today’s my birthday and I’m declaring it National Bad Breath Day! Want to join me in celebrating? All of my favorite buddies are going to be here: Bad Breath Bonnie, Morning Breath Charlie, Baby Bad Breath Susie, Dog Breath Rosie, Poop Breath John, Pipe Smoking Paul, and Onion Breath Francis. We’re all celebrating on your tongue today because we know that you usually forget to clean your tongue when you brush your teeth, so we’ll be safe to party all day long. In fact, I’m hoping for a white tongue just like you guys wish for a white Christmas - a coated white tongue with lots of bacteria. The more bacteria the better.
What’s on the menu today? There are lots of great food particles between your teeth where you didn’t floss well. And there will be more bacteria and food molecules in that tartar at the base of your teeth where you’ve got a bit of gingivitis and the start of periodontal disease. Thanks for not practicing regular dental hygiene! It’s your birthday present to me.
We’ll top the evening off with a toast of alcohol based mouth wash. I love this stuff. It tastes great, smells wonderful for a little while, then I, Halitosis Man, and my brothers Morning Mouth Ed and Bad Breath Joe have a wonderful time all night long. The alcohol dries your mouth out so those bacteria can florish! Oh, Boy! Everybody is my friend! It’s great to be a part of anyone who breathes.

Will Teeth Whitening Help You Get Your Job?
What do teeth whitening systems have to do with your next job? Unfortunately it’s all about the way we look today. Tell me this is not true that when you meet someone for the first time that you don’t do a quick survey. Starts with the hand shake, clothes and the smile. So your first impression is what you see. So you think that won’t make a difference in a job interview?
There a lot different ways to whiten your teeth. You can bleach, use whitening toothpaste, you can use professional laser teeth whitening. All of these work with varying results. Check here on our Bad Breath Remedy Guide site for more in depth information on tooth whitening systems.
Poor Oral Hygiene Causes Bad Breath
This shouldn’t be a surprise but when you don’t clean your teeth, gums, tongue and mouth regularly odor-causing bacteria will eventually thrive in your mouth. Poor oral hygiene can be one of the causes of bad breath. This means practicing good oral hygiene including brushing after meals, flossing regularly, and visiting your dentist for regular dental cleaning. This should be a no brainer but just checking to see if the bacterium hasn’t affected your brain.
Certain Habits Cause Bad Breath
Like dah…yes there are some things that you do that can cause bad breath. The obvious ones are garlic, onions, alcohol, and cigarettes so you have to plan for them. In other words, if you’re with your partner each should indulge. So with these habits you’re going to have to bring in the big guns. My recommendation is mouthwash which kills the bacteria and neutralizes the smells. Gum and mints are a short term solution. For your information these onion and garlic guys contain chemical material that are immediately absorbed into the bloodstream and emerge as bad breath. This is similar to eating too much garlic and you can smell it coming out of your pores. Smoking just gives you dragonbreath or deathbreath. After smoking do yourself a favor and your co-workers and gargle with some mouthwash.
Other Health Conditions Cause Bad Breath
Another culprit for bad breath is dry mouth. Saliva washes away the particles of food in our mouth reducing the food the bacteria munch on. Dry mouth also can be caused by sleeping with your mouth open or also can be a sign of an underlying health condition. Many times when we are feeling sick we have icky mouth. Another no brainer is that tobacco smoke just smells and the smoke dries the mouth. Other health conditions that cause bad breath are sinus problems, poor digestion, poor liver function, lung infections, and disease of the gums.
As you can see, bad breath can be caused by poor oral-hygiene, bad habits, or other health conditions. So when you’ve tried many times to cure your bad breath and failed, you may have just missed the underlying cause of the condition instead of targeting it. If you want to know what causes bad breath in your case, get a proper diagnosis. The best way to treat bad breath is by first visiting your dentist and reading the Bad Breath Bible….why not it’s FREE.
